Marvel .v.s. Capcom .v.s. SNK?

Maybe it's just a far off dream but I've wanted to see a game title this for a long time. Don't know if it will happen but I would just love it to...who agrees with me it would be an epic game ^-^.

At the rate capcom is going I wouldn't be surprised at any mash up at this point. I never was much of a SNK fan so to me this would be kinda meh.

Hi Seaunipeg, and welcome to RU, the best site on the net!

While I agree that your idea may produce a good game, I tend to think that the fighting genre has become a little saturated in the past 10 years.
But who knows, maybe someone will think of a way to put a new spin on it and they'll make it one day.

I wouldn't mind seeing this, though I am sort of in the opposite camp. Capcom (especially SFII characters) are kind of meh! for me, but SNK is what would get me into it. I like the non-SFII Capcom characters more, so if they could put them+SNK+Marvel, I would be there.

What's your beef with SF characters? Beacuse I'm the opposite of you, I find the non SF Capcom characters to be meh. (In fighting games)

I think more than anything I am just bored out of my mind with most things SF. I think the characters are so overexposed there is just nothing special about them anymore.

I know a lot of people don't share that feeling, but I was always more of an MK fan than an SF fan anyway. I think the gameplay, characters, story, and combos have just gotten stale in the SF series. That's the main thing.

I can't say I agree with you, but I can understand your p.o.v., the thing is I think some of the other Capcom characters they throw in ruin the games. The blending of styles just doesnt work for me. I just can't get hyped up playing a match with Roll VS. Zangief.

I got you. I'm in the oplosite camp on that too I think. The only reason I think these games are cool at all is because you see other characters like Arthur, Frank West, etc. I think the novelty is the attraction for me, since I don't care for SF II style game play so much in general.
