Wow I guess no one likes memes. I think a lot of them are funny but usually people over do it and make them fail. Good thing there's always people out there looking for more.

It appears so yeah. From what I read it seems like anything that makes a cultural impact can be considered one. Of course the internet changes definitions daily so the lines are blurred.
