For ArcadeOX you can use the game's built in USB support. Plug your controller in before you start the game. You might have to configure it which is different for each system but usually involves pressing Tab or clicking options.
For Java and Flash use xpadder

Re: How did you find Retrouprising?
I searched for 'Super Mario Bros. 2' on yahoo, and found this site, I started playing a ton of games here, and decided to join because this is the only website that I found that allowed me to save my progress, but I needed an account, then I found the forums here.

Re: How did you find Retrouprising?
Back then, around April 2009, at school (PS 34), I was searching for a site that doesn't have WebSense on it...and I found this...and I would always played a lot on it. So, I decided to join in as ECInc2XXX...but since, Retro Uprising updated with ArcadeOX...I couldn't play on it anymore, since ArcadeOX is blocked (even with Java). But, that's how I found this site... Cool huh? please reply.

Re: How did you find Retrouprising?
I was checking out the gaming section on gaia’s forums and found a topic I didn’t expect to see there, Cheetahmen II. I checked it out and someone had put a link to the game here.

Hey, I only invite the people who seem cool. I've been wrong before but I think you'll fit right in.
