I got Kingdom Hearts 3DS today. So far I'm actually surprised on how much I like the combat system. I'm about an hour into it already.

Didn't they decide to not name the Wii U, the "Wii U"? I may remember wrong, but I was hoping for a name change.

Yeah SH, if you get a chance check out that new zombie game and see if it looks good. I've seen some footage and so far I love it.

Ask them if all games will be playable on the controller screen only.

Wii U conference in Japan:
-2GB total memory, 1GB Main RAM, 1GB VRAM (maybe?)
-Wii U discs max out at 25GB storage
-You can transfer Virtual Console and Wiiware titles to Wii U
-New Super Mario Bros Wii U + Nintendo Land available at launch
-Launch date is Dec. 8 in Japan
-Extra tablet gamepads cost 13k yen ( O_O )
-Sold in two bundles, Basic and Premium
-----Basic has 8GB flash, Premium has 32GB
-----Basic is white, Premium is black
-----Basic is 26k yen, Premium is 31k
-Nintendo is rolling out some kind of premium online service, 10% discount on all digital downloads

Premium online service comes with a premium console, the service is not a paid service, but you get access ONLY for buying the premium console.
You get 10% discount on digital product, and 500 extra points each time you redeem a prepaid points card.

Rollercoastr Tycoon 3d was delayed yet again... I don't know why, I heard the game was finished in March. As long as the game turns out excellent, then I guess I'm fine.

Yep, set to wallet rape the fanbase.

Wii-U Pro Controller has a MSRP of $50 and does not include rumble of analogue triggers.

Retail games will now be $60 like Sony and MS. I can't justify $60 for a game unless I know for certain it's going to be amazing. I don't mind the $30-$40 3DS retail prices, it allows me to justify taking chances on new releases.

The console comes with one already, so assuming that you put the same price on the one in the box, about 50% of the console package price is from the tablet controller alone.

Looks like another repeat of the Wii launch, no more deluxe models available, and the basic model is getting scarce.
