Same goes for in-game achievements. I'll finish a game or whatever and not get the achievement. Been like that for months.

Oh, well I just realized you're not able to get cards because you're not level 8. The achievement thing I dunno. You should send a support ticket to Valve they're pretty cool from my experience.
