I really think the Mortal Kombat movies did ok. The game always had a loose storyline so the movie just developed them into a solid(kinda) story to make sense. At least they were better than street fighter. E. Honda was a failure and Guile wasn't American.

Advent Children isn't all that great either. The story makes little sense.
