I don't know anybody else's feelings on this guy, but I can't believe there hasn't been one guy out there take the mound that's old school enough to put a ball that has vapor trails behind it in this guy's earhole. The shame of it all is that he still would have been one of the top five players of our generation and one of the greatest to ever play the game even if he hadn't cheated.

The Triples King, "Wahoo" Sam Crawford

The active player who leads in triples is Steve Finley who has 127, I think "Wahoo Sam" has nothing to worry about (he has 309).

To add to what DS said:
It's really a shame, since he was given an incredible talent, had baseball's silver spoon in his mouth, but since he didn't get the attention he thought he deserved (can anyone say 1998 Home Run race) he decided to cheat. Problem is, I'm sure there are pitchers that also took the stuff so it's not like Barry is the only one. I never liked the guy (even since his days with the Pirates) but I can admit he is one heck of a ball player. I will retract everything I say (except the not liking part) if I am proven wrong, but I do not think that will happen.
