COD is seemingly unstoppable. It's probably sky net compiling data on human resistance tactics. People who are really good become trapped by the game until they're no longer fit for survival after it assumes control.

I have only played 2 and World at War, but I heard that 4 and Black Ops were pretty gud. Anyone able to confirm this?

I played 4 and thought it was pretty darn good, but I preferred WaW
because of the Nazi Zombies mode. They could release Nazi Zombies on its
own and I'd buy it.

But, good news everyone! TF2 Scream Fortress is around the corner with
the latest update smoothing things out before halloween hits. The recent
bit is the rumor that Halloween 2014 will end on November 14th:

Yeah it's a fun game for sure. It's also cool because it's play to win, your guns and parts level as you use them. You can spend money but it's only on extremely over priced cosmetics. Might be some credit boosts too not sure.

An indie game dev lost his cool on Twitter because his game was listed as Early Access incorrectly for a few hours. It was nothing special until he added this part-

Valve responded by pulling the game and severing ties with the company. The only thing they left up was the discussion group for existing owners and they left an avenue open in case the devs need to release an update. The dev has since been let go/resigned and the remaining members of the team have tried to mend the wound with public apologies and by stating very clearly that they don't agree with him and he's done with their company. Lesson learned, death threats are bad but they kill your career if you mess with Gabe.
