I can't believe the game is still scheduled. The coach is in no way in emotionally intact enough to coach a football team after witnessing one of his players kill himself.

So about the KC player. This is probably gonna be harsh but I have no sympathy for him.

He killed his girlfriend, orphaned his daughter, and mentally screwed up 2 people when he killed himself in front of them.

Well if he committed suicide, I would think he would have had some mental break or something. I someone could commit suicide in a good mental state.

I've been looking at various stories surrounding it. One story suggests Belcher had concerns that the girl wasn't his. That may have been the spark.

So the Bears hit the crapper. Started out 7-1, and are now 8-5. Brandon Marshall is almost our entire offense and with Cutler dinged up even that might go away.

Giants are completely uninspired. Two blowouts in a row. They should be ashamed. Look nothing like defending champions. They're defense is highly overated and the O-Line can't protect Manning for more than 3 seconds. Cruz and Nicks are getting shut down by opposing defenses too.

Giants are out. They blew out the Eagles 42-7, but the Bears barely beat the Lions. Bears still not in. If Vikings win, they're in.

I'm torn. It's always good to make the playoffs because you never really know what can happen, but then again if the Vikings win there could be major changes which the Bears definitely need.

Well now, this should be interesting. Start 7-1 and missed the playoffs, and they hardly ever make the playoffs.

Lovie did indeed get the axe. His firing has caused a split in the Bears team with some of the players. mainly the defense being extremely pissed. Hester has been quoted as saying to the fans "You got what you wanted"

Huh? Let's break it down. Hester and all the other players are the reason he got canned, because YOU didn't perform.

Some stats on Lovie:
- Finished his career as Bears coach 16 games over .500
- Only made the playoffs 3 years out of 9(including a trip to the NFC Championship and SB)
- The last 2 years started 7-3 and then 7-1 and missed the playoffs both times.
- Went through 4 offensive coordinators during his run and 3 or 4 defensive coordinators

He needed to go
