What's the Greatest Villan in Gaming?

I'll say Wesker, because he's a personal fave of mine. But in reality it has to be Luca Blight



He was in Suikoden II. Many people won't know it, but he was a real bastard. One scene I remember was him burning down an entire village but one woman and then making her bark like a dog and walk on all fours for her life, only to chop her head off.

Great villain, I remember how happy I was when I FINALLY defeated him way back when.

oh...so scary and evil...uhh...not really. kefka burned down figaro castle, poisoned the entire population of doma, started the genocide of espers and experimentation of them (think josef mengele), murdered multiple generals and the emperor, and to top if off, he destroyed the planet just for the lulz.

The Emperor in FF2 burned down multiple villages, poisoned an entire village
(yes before Kefka), built a gargantuan battleship, and becomes satan in
the process, not god, the ruler of hell SATAN.

I guess he was very determined to take over the world.

Lol, sorry if I sounded like some sort of "noob" but I was merely going by my own childhood experiences. And Suikoden II was a game that came to mind. Haha. I have to play these games though!
