Saturday I was perusing F.Y.E. for a birthday present for my step-father. He's a huge Linkin Park fan (can't stand LP) but doesn't own the Jay-Z/Linkin Park Collision Course album. Just by a whim I strolled over to the Dredg section. I found out that Dredg has a live album out that I never knew about called Live at the Filmore! Even better, it was only $9.99 and contained four previously unreleased tracks. Dang skippy, the album is absolutely amazing. The other fifteen tracks span all three of their previous albums and aren't just regurgitated on the album with a crowd for background noise. They're unique takes that show how the band has grown and sound like they came right out or the studio. Amazing buy for any Dredg fan.

Sunday night I watched The Land of Plenty. It's an indie film that came out in 2005 that I've regretted forgetting to watch after it left my VOD selection a long time ago. Thanks to the Acadamy Awards, it was re-released to VOD with a bunch of other movies that have won the indie version of the Oscars, the IFC. It was worth the wait. For any indie movie buff that enjoys thought-proviking cinema I'd highly recommend shelling out the $3.95 to watch it while you can.

1) It always bothers me modding the NES games. I see all the amazing games with such tiny play counts. There are so many great NES games that most people haven't played. I'm thinking about making a list of the best of the best unknown NES games and doing a contest about them.

2) Last week we were talking about Bugsy's car collection. For the twenty plus years that we've known him, Bugsy has regaled us with tales about his Corvette restoration, his '63 Lincoln Continental Limo and lots of other classic cars that we've never seen and his wife didn't know he owned, until today. So we're sitting there and Tommy makes the following statement, 'Bugsy owns 50 cars. Maybe even more.'

Dougie says, 'No way. I know for sure that he owns fewer than 50 cars.'

Louie Cronin says, 'I know he owns at least one car.'

So Tommy says, 'Bugsy owns 50 cars, maybe more.' Berman says, 'No, no, no, he owns fewer than 50 cars, I know that for sure.' And Cronin says, 'I know one thing, he owns at least one car.'

Only one of these statements is true. How many cars does Bugsy really own?

Wednesday - My Video on Demand went on the fritz. I called up the cable company and they couldn't fix it over the phone. said they'd have to send a representative over to my house but the earliest they could do it is on the 13th, two whole weeks! Now I'm pissy because VoD and the Science Channel are the only two reasons I own digital cable.

Saturday - Went to a niece's cheerleading competition. It's amazing what those high school kids can do. I kind of felt like a pervert there... It was awesome though, one of the girls got in the way of a tumbler and got drop kicked right in the face. Blood was spurting all over the place and she was flopping on the ground like a fish out of water. My niece (Casey) is a spotter which basically means she hoists the girls in the air by their asses. I always make fun of her and accuse her of being a lesbian, then she hits me with her shoe. Her school didn't win but they put up a good fight and I'm proud of her. She's a senior and this was her last chance too. She's planning on becoming a gym teacher when she graduates college.

Sunday - Went to the birthday party of the foreign exchange student my sister-in-law is hosting. Her name is Sophie and she's from Denmark and turns 17 Monday. She looks exactly like a Barbie doll and eats anything she wants without gaining an ounce of fat. So jealous....

I re-rented Gloomy Sunday again. I just love the movie. I have it on my DVR now waiting to be recorded onto a DVD. It's just a simply amazing piece of cinema. A German film that subtitled, my wife wont watch it a she refuses to watch any movie with subtitles. It made me laugh, gasp, and almost cry...again.

If you enjoy real movies and not the slop that Hollywood spews out every week I HIGHLY recommend it!

It is a trick question. License plates do not correspond to car make and models. And the pattern is different in every state.

I am gonna say the car is tan color, and it is from the year 270. Considering there were no cars in 270, I am going to say that this is a trick question, and it is really a tan horse.
