I do not believe that there was not at least 1 person in the office that could have done a better job, it's the epitome of zero fucks given, a blank cover that just said "Wrestling" in comic sans would have been better. I don't think a more retarded cover exists.
Most Sega Master System boxes were pretty bad, especially the launch titles.
