Being a Mod here is a pretty boring, thankless job. It requires you to put in a couple of hours a day, usually doing tedious, mind-numbing work.

Things like watching the 15th Mario or Sonic 2 hour long submission of the day. You usually don't even get to enjoy the player's skill as you're focused on counting lives and double-checking that everything in the video is kosher.

After all that maybe you'll have time enough test Amiga games that you'd never play normally. Testing to see if they work, what modes they work in, what are the controls, etc.

My team does an amazing job. They are by far the most dedicated members of this site and deserve all the praise I could ever heap on them. That being said, I wouldn't wish their job on a sworn enemy.

I understand where your coming from , But my view is that besides my family, Games are my life! If there's ever a time in were someone has no-longer the passion for it and wants to step down, Then focus on me , because I would love nothing more than to help keep this site going. Yes, your team does an AMAZING job on everything here and I do understand how tedious it can be, But also it can be very tedious in grabbing world records also were you have to break down a game to its " Anatomy " if you will to know the do's and dont's of a game, whats cheating and whats not.

Message to all streamers: Don't feel afraid to stream whenever you want. For the time being, there will be no schedule. If you see no one streaming, please, feel free to go and stream yourself. We want to make our channel as active as possible. Don't feel reluctant to stream!

Now this goes for everyone: If you have any ideas, concerns, questions, opinions, etc., about the Twitch channel, please, post them here! This is a collective project that we all want to work out, so we need your guys help to allow the channel to grow too!

You still have to send a message to a moderator or admin in order to get a key. We'll look into it and if we think the user is ok to stream on the channel, we'll let them stream. Send me a message and I can relay it to Tenser for you.

I might do some no commentary stuff. For those that don't know, I typically commentate, but really just not in the mood. Too much crap going on with work bringing me down, also taking my time... Doesn't reflect well in commentary. For me at least, I don't like to commentate unless it comes off well.

It's my weekend. Streaming W/ Commentary & a Co-commentator at I'll say 5-6 PST (8-9 EST) until whenever tonight. Probably a few hour stream.

Leaning towards playing Monkeyball or Donkey Kong Country 3.

Let me know if you have a preference, or even a suggestion. I'll post here again if the time changes.

Starting time is 5 PST. Although I'll be working out the bugs and possibly playing some random games for an hour, or half hour leading up to that. So that's 8 pm for you eastern folks.

Thanks guys. Thankfully I had already streamed once on my channel to kind of work out the kinks, so there doesn't seem to be too much off right now. Xsplit doesn't like my capture card, so I have to record the screen region of what the capture card ports to the computer display for the stream. Only downside to this is a second or two delay between commentary & game footage.

Only thing I'm trying to figure out now is how to get the hd capture footage to show up. Working on that now. If not, it'll be 480p until I can figure something else out. Feeding through YPbPr cables as is though, so hd would be nice & crisper.

uhh... Some other day... I think? Requests anyways another day. Do something I'm good at for now. I figured out a fix to the resolution thing for now. Also branded my video player with my name. Maybe something we should all do so people know there's different streamers. I don't know, I did it anyways. Going live with testing and random games soon. Official game starts at 5.

@Cam- You could also edit the title of the stream and say "Cam Streaming -insert game name-" or something along those lines.

Yeah. Kinda trailed off their near the end. Should have stuck to DKC3. LSD Dream Emulator is hard to comment on. Too much what haha. My voice is dead haha.
