I've watched several Syfy and Global Asylum movies, although I've not seen Sharknado yet, and though all were terrible, a few of which were somewhat enjoyable, although the filmmakers intentionally make these films poorly mostly. The films which are supposedly good but really bad are the worst, for any genre.
Now that I consider this, new ideas don't always succeed. Most ideas are at least somewhat feasible but the filmmakers often execute them poorly.
