These angles form naturally on terrain only; structures like NPC villages and player - created structures aren't affected, however, I think if you tried to place {cooked} stone on the ground it would likely form angles, as would dirt or sand.

The angles also allow players and mobs to climb up without having to jump up each block.

Now if only I can get this thing working ..

Nah, if I can run Magic Farm 2 or Dravocraft modpacks, then I will be able to run this too.

Uh, don't you run those on the lowest settings pretty much? I don't mean to talk trash I'm just curious, seems like that would a much bigger strain than normal MC even with mods.

We'll never know; I can't get the new launcher to leave me be and let me run it.
Not even 'Magic Launcher' seems able.

I need to ask if anyone using the Feed The Beast launcher is able to run the Direwolf 1.7.1 pack?
It loads, I see the Mojang screen, then it crashes.

Just curious; I'm playing around with the mods again.

Too bad that pack won't work for me, best I can figure is it has to do with the better title screen mod.

I know a lot of us here are into the technical mods, but for those who enjoy nature and magic, I've been playing Feed The Beast Team's Magic World 2 modpack for a while and think it's great!
