Yesterday(things without specific times).

Dr Eulan comes aboard to help Geordi build a statis field.
Geordi and Riker argue about where to keep the orb.
Data and Worf are seen holding the orb(Each saw the other, Data had a tricorder).
Data accesses engineering records, activity continues for 5+ hours.
Dr Crusher takes a diary page from Deannas quarters. It concerns Rikers sleep talking.
Remote beacon reported stolen.
Ro had a communicator malfunction and overheard Geordi say "I made the switch at 2230"
An analysis yesterday of the transporter traces showed that several members of the Away Team have a "nanite", which we all know is like an infection, but much more potent. 2 members were not infected.

Yesterday afternoon

Guinan seen talking to Dr Eulan, possible coordinates are overheard by Riker.
Worf and Riker argue about protecting the orb.

Late afternoon

Riker and Geordi argue about the planetary probe.
Ro has conversation with Dr Eulan interupted by Worf and Deanna. Rohm passes a note to Deanna with a romulan insignia on it.

Last night

Worf sees Data with a blue engineering bag.

Gathering in Ten Forward.

Guinan served alcoholic drinks called Cosmic dazes. Drunken crew members are heard to call her the "Wizard of the orb".
One of the security guards mentions someone had gained access to the micro-optic tracers. They are barely visible but with a tricorder they can monitor the movements of a person or an object around the ship.
Guinan inquires about piloting a shuttle craft by herself.
Guinan asks Worf and Geordi about security protocols for the orb.
Data finds note telling Dr Crusher to meet R.E. in his/her quarters.
Ro is told that Riker requested a planetary probe(this would normally go through Geordi).
The following people talked with Dr Eulan(that we know of so far)- Data, Ro(friends), Worf, Deanna(friends)
Ro leaves with Dr Eulan.

1900-2100

Poker game in Rikers quarters.

Data arrives late.
Dr Crusher is seen in the transporter room with a beacon like object sometime between 1900 and whenever data arrives at the poker game.
Worf brings a tricorder to the game.
Dr Eulan gives Geordi a card that is later revealed to have coordinates on it.
Dr Crusher and Guinan do not attend the game at all.

1930

Unauthorized beaming down to the planet.

2000

Guinan tries to access the science lab.

2130(Needs Oasis to confirm)

SOMEONE is seen by Ro making something that looks like the orb in the hardware replicator. (Geordi sees Data doing this at some point, Ro sees someone but we aren't sure yet(Oasis this is where we need you)).

2300 - sometime around 2310

Ro was seen leaving Dr Eulans quarters(with her clothes messed up) by Riker.
Riker seen rushing out of Dr Eulans room by Crusher.
Worf arrives at the science lab and sees Ro leaving with a gray bag. They argue and Worf revokes her clearance for the lab.

Today(and this afternoon)

Riker initiated a transporter sequence to beam into the forward probe storage area.
Ro is seen carrying a black engineering bag while leaving a supply room, no record of is found of her checking anything out.
This afternoon (1615), I bumped into Deanna. She dropped her gray engineering bag and appeared shaken. Sounds came from the bag. (Wibble wobble, wobble wibble)

Data created a program for the hardware replicator to make a unique homing module.

Dr Crusher seen leaving Dr Eulans office(clothes messed up).
Ro is seen leaving Geordis quarters.
Deanna seen leaving Rikers quarters.

1515

Dr Crusher enters sickbay and sees Guinan exiting her office. Dr Crushers assistant said a drug called Mickeyfinnalyn went missing.

1545

Worf is seen making something at the hardware replicator. It is identified as a homing module and it "signals the location of scattered molecules of a transported object".

1605

Riker beams into and out of the science lab.
Ro sees Data heading to the science lab with a blue engineering bag and a tricorder. He left a few minutes later.
Counselor Troi beamed into the forward probe storage area, then quickly hid behind some of the probe storage pallets.
Commander Riker beamed in a moment later and headed for the same area.

1610

Data encounters Worf heading towards the lab with a blue engineering bag. Worf is distracted by his Tricorder and he bumps into Data.
Worf finds the guard for the science lab disoriented. Worf takes his place. Sick bay reports the guard had traces of Cosmic Daze and Mickeyfinnalyn in his system.
Ro was seen hanging around an access door to a power maintenence module near the science lab. She had a black engineering bag.
A few minutes later Worf came out of the Science Lab. Seeing there was no guard, he took up the position himself. "Waiting for the relief guard" he said.
Guinan also saw Worf here at this time but with a blue engineering bag as well.
(During the time he guarded the lab) Worf sees Dr Crusher approaching the lab with a hypospray, she seems surprised, hides the hypospray and leaves.
Guinan is also seen in the area and she leaves.

1615

Ensign Faxe mentions that when Riker left the bridge previously at 1600 hours Deanna immediately stopped what she was doing and seemed to follow him.
Deanna was bumped into by Dr Crusher. Deanna dropped a gray engineering bag and appeared shaken. Sounds came from the bag (Wibble wobble, wobble wibble).
Ro say Beverly turn a corner and bump into Deanna who almost dropped the gray engineering bag she was carrying. They seemed to speak briefly and Ro noticed Beverly gaze intently in the direction of the bag. Deanna seemed shaken and left quickly, walking toward the shuttle bay's starboard entrance. Beverly waited a few moments and then followed at a distance.

1620

Riker locates Deanna by his communicator, background noises indicate she is in the shuttle bay.

1625

Guinan is seen removing an access panel to the Jeffries Tubes.
A medical emergency code, SSC 31, come in from Delphi 4. Geordi spoke to Dr. Crusher about it over his communicator and she seemed out of breath and very anxious, which he thought was a little bit strange at the time. He asked her if she needed any assistance and she quickly replied "No need. I'm ready. On my way. Bye!" He thought he overheard a strange sound in the background during the conversation that sounded an awful lot like... "wibble wobble, wibble wobble."

1645

A shuttle was launched and shortly afterwards it vanished into deep space.
A probe was also launched at the same time. It returned from Delphi4 with a soil sample but it had a 20cm hole in it and it was missing parts.
Riker ordered Data to fire a class 3 planetary probe. When Data asked for specifics Riker replied "the probe to test soil sample recovery techniques on the planet".
Riker saw Geordi preparing to test launch a shuttle. Riker instructed him not to but Geordi ignored the command.
Shuttle Chief Frath reported that Guinan was seen leaving the shuttle bay.
Cargo transporter Chief Roley reported to Geordi that an unauthorized transmission was made from the cargo bay transporter but no target coordinates were entered. Whatever beamed out must still be floating around in space somewhere. At that very same time he noticed on his computer screen that a probe was fired. The target coordinates were set for Delphi 4, and were pretty darn close to where Dr. Crusher had beamed to for the medical emergency.
Ro saw Worf coming out of the cargo bay. He was carrying two engineering bags, one blue, one gray.

1650

Geordi sees an Engineering tricorder behind the bar in Ten Forward with a technical drawing on it's screen. He made a copy and shared it with us, it shows the jefferies tubes with a path going to the science lab.
Deanna saw Ro return to the bridge with a black engineering bag, she checked inside and there was a scan of a medical headgear that was converted for night vision.

17:30 and on(from the investigations report)

The science lab reports the orb missing.
A guard and Dr Eulan are found shot(The Dr with less severe injuries. The guard had second degree burns from being shot in the back).
Another guard with severe temporal disorientation was admitted to sick bay earlier.
Dr Eulan is found to be a Romulan. He has unexpected levels of radiation from the phaser blast. He is being held under guard in sickbay.

Things we know from the investigation.

Orb is stolen. It's not known if it's been taken off the ship.
The orb was checked every hour on the hour.
There was a blackout on the saucer section for unknown reasons.
One or more people may have had contact with the Romulans in refrence to the orb.
A phaser was found on the floor of the science lab near Dr Eulan. It was set to stun.
Transporter logs show evidence of tampering and unauthorized beaming from the ship.
Ro was friendly with a pirate in prison and may be knowledgable about interrupting power supplies and operating in the dark with night vision(from criminal record).
Geordi told shuttle chief Frath that he did not need help on the shuttle craft Voltaire.
A fake Orb was found in the shuttle bay.

Deanna sensed

Geordi was upset about Ro being assigned to help with the orb.
Guinan was being dishonest about being at the poker game.
A strong reaction from Geordi about the card from Dr Eulan.
Ro was not happy when leaving Geordis quarters this morning.
Data was up to some thing because he nomally could accomplish launching a probe in a few seconds and the planetary probe took him a full minute.
Ro was being secretive when she returned to the bridge carrying a black engineering bag.

Misc info

Dr Crusher just happens to know that Deanna programed a launch sequence for the Voltaire, then spoke to a shuttle bay officer
Deanna just happens to know that Riker placed a gray engineering bag in one of the probes.
Ro happen to know that Worf's guard checked the science lab immediatly after the power blackout and found the orb still in the containment field
Guinan saw Ro programming the Hawking shuttle.
Dr Eulan and Geordi are seen near the science lab around the time of the blackout.
Geordi remembers seeing a heat trace from a set of very small footprints that lead into, but not out of the science lab. From their size he figured that they've gotta be female.
One of the guards dropped a diagram of Datas brain showing where to reprogram it. He said it was found in Dr Eulans Quarters.

I tried to include everything that was considered fact.
If you guys think I left out something important or I messed something up please post here so I can change it. I reread this and the topic several times and made mental notes so I could've easily forgot something.
