So me and a few buddies have been playing Shadow Run recently.
Nah, not the 16 bit game
here, nor the new computer game
there, but the original table top role playing game.
It's actually the first social rpg I have ever played and I'm quite enjoying it. I used to think these things were kinda dorky, but the atmosphere of the game makes it pretty sociable and covers a lot of cool ideas as opposed to a game about orcs and goblins. I'm sure a lot of it just boils down to playing with people you know well, though.
