Here's a video from 'Yogscast', who have numerous MC videos posted on you tube.
I thoroughly enjoy their videos as they are often informative and always entertaining.

I hadn't actually watched this one at the time I posted it, but I know it's gonna be good if it's Yogscast.
They also post demos of mods and tex paks - some of which I shall post later.
