It Feels Good To Feel Good

The weather is getting warmer.

I blew the roof off of the building I rapped in on Saturday in front of 50 or so people, which is a big accomplishment in this town.

Mac Lethal invited me to Kansas City to rap with him.

I took a math test today that I thought I was going to bomb, and I did relatively well.

Today I am going to go to my place of employment and eat some chicken wings, then go play board games with a few of my friends.

This weekend I am going to a concert to see a great band and going to the record store.

I am going to Minneapolis to visit my potential dream school in a couple weeks.

I have a few hundred dollars in my pocket and have paid every single bill I have, and I have a full tank of gas.

How's everyone doing? Is it getting warm everywhere, or just here? Sunny days got me in a good mood.

Yeah, "Spring Fever" is hitting me pretty hard right now. The snow is starting to melt, it's getting warmer and there is less than 40 days until tax season is over and I can starting working 40 hour weeks like the majority of full time people. The itch to play softball and basketball outdoors is getting stronger every day. Let the spring begin.

Heard that. I played basketball with some guys on Sunday, and it was beautiful outside. Then later I took a boombox to the park and me and some friends had a freestyle rap session until the sun went down.

Considering the rainy weather I'm having, it could be a lot worse. On Monday it's supposed to be real sunny here. I'm feeling pretty good even without the winter weather.

Where I live, It hit 58 two days ago. What's sad is that the high school's heat only kicks in when the inside temperature hits 58.

I too enjoy Spring time, but I don't like early Spring, when all the snow is melting and the parks flood, and even worse, our hospital is practically in an anti-hill. During mid-spring, the air becomes fresh, cool, moist, and foggy. It helps me think that I'm alone. Some shadowy little region where I can sit on a bench and feel like I don't have to do anything else. It's like fishing, but without having to feel like you might have to swim.

I hate being too cold or too hot. Fall and early spring are best.
