@Psi- Ansem from KH1 as well. And the final bosses for KH3D. Most final bosses are pretty epic in KH.

Mr. Sandman/Mike Tyson from Mike Tyson's Punch Out
Ares from God of War
Zeus from God of War
almost any boss fight from God of War
Krauser from RE4
Sephiroth from KH2
Red from Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal haha

Staypuft in Ghostbusters:The Video Game.

He basically chases you the entire level then you have to fight him as he climbs a building.

-Pretty much every boss in Shadow of the Colossus but namely Malus, Avion, and Phalanx

In this video he is just standing there looking like a bad ass and getting his butt kicked and doesn't really look like he deserves it, but he is a prick that deserves what happens. He killed most of your family and village, enslaved you and any of your village that survived, and killed your buddy Lester.

I remember when I was young the boss fights in Super R-Type always seemed like events. Especially the one where you fly around the bottom of the ship, then fly backwards around the top and had to use your little drone as your main weapon. That was awesome!
