I found it quite funny. I mean, make it realistic, but why sponsor your competitors? I know that Sony do advertise in stadiums, that's why I said make it realistic, but not in a Nintendo game!

It could be a stipulation of whatever sponsoring deal sony has with what ever field it is. For instance in the contract it might say that any reproduction of the field in any manner needs to include the sony advertisements or something.
