Yes since its largely the same game, with some quirky differences only people who have played DK a bit will notice (other than the obvious stuff). Although some of the best DK players don't like CK....

MARP is an excellent resource for anything MAME.
RU is great for emulation.

As RU does not use WolfMAME to generate its INPs, they unfortunately cannot be used to submit to Twin Galaxies or MARP. RU also allows pausing, which the other sites do not.

IIRC, you can only gain a maximum amount of lives, hence you can only kill the last boss an infinite amount of times.
This was discussed during last year's IGBY tournament, and so it was decided...
