Assuming you are using a keyboard, this is called "Ghosting", a lot of keyboards can only take a certain number of key presses at a time. If you game a lot on a PC you should really look into getting...

Well actually Counter Strike started as a mod for the original Half Life, and there are a lot of other games on that list that have quite a few mods like Half life 2 and Doom and Quake.

You go to the banning section of the control panel, and enter my IP in the section that says unaban or something like that, you can find my IP in the moderator logs on the 100 topics I just deleted.
