I'm having a serious problem submitting scores for a certain game. It won't work, no matter how many times I try.

1. Are you interested in using TeamViewer (more info below)?

Yes.

2. What is your OS? Example Vista, XP, Mac OSX, etc.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

3. What is your browser? Example Firefox 3.5, Internet Explorer 7, etc.

Was using Firefox 28 (heavy install, lot of security and privacy add-ons), then tried Firefox 33 Portable (clean install, no add-ons except ArcadeOX)

4. Post a link to one game you are having problems with.

5. What Play Mode is causing the problem? Example ArcadeOX Score, Java Full, etc.

6. Has it ever worked correctly before?

Yes, a short test recording worked 3 days ago. Also, it worked about a month ago when I submitted a much longer recording.

7. Describe the problem.

I can't get the site to accept a full game clear of Varth: Operation Thunderstorm. 4 times this week I've finished the game, and each time I attempt to submit the score, the data seems to be uploaded and I get the success message, but it never appears on the scoreboard.

Pat - sorry to hear you've been having trouble.

There is a way around it as long as you haven't submitted a score for another coin op game after you tried to submit the one for Operation Thunderstorm. You'll need Kong's email so you'll need to ask him for it first via PM.

1)Press windows key + R

2)%temp%\Low\arcadeox should automatically be entered into the box. If not enter it manually.

3) Press ok

4) Select coinopF

5)Select scores

6) Attach both files "puddin" and "score" to an email and send it to KONG. He will do the rest if it's the correct file.

Just noticed that you've submitted a "test" score for the same game. Unfortunately that will be the one that's stored in your temp files.

Scroll to bottom of page. Change the style from "default" to "beta".

If that doesn't fix it, try in IE.

If that doesn't fix it. Post a time and day with time zone that you want to meet me in chat.

It finally worked.

Step 1: Tried ArcadeOX beta in Firefox. MAME won't run at all, the window just opens and then immediately closes, as if you're trying to run a DOS program in a modern version of Windows. Strange.

Step 2: Tried regular ArcadeOX in IE. This works the same as Firefox with regular ArcadeOX, meaning that the game will run, but the site acts as if it never receives the submission.

Step 3: Tried ArcadeOX beta in IE. This worked, the screenshot appeared on the scoreboard immediately.

I posted a new high score for Double Dragon Advance about a week ago, you can see the screenshot in 'view other scores', but it's not been posted on the main high score table or in my 1st place trophies yet, could someone do this please
