Download this launcher-
Technic Launcher - Technic Platform

Then visit this page and copy the link-
http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/drahexxy

When the launcher is running scroll through the stuff on the left until you see "add mods". Click on it and enter the link you copied. Hit add mod to install. Once that's done click play on the bottom right and it will load some more. For the server address type in
drahexxy.no-ip.org
