There are many different Social Groups on RU. If you click on Community, then Social Groups, that should take you to the list.
As far as joining, it can depend on the way the group is set-up. Some are open for anyone to join, and all you have to do is click on the option to join. Others may be set to invite only. For those, you can try to PM the mod/creator of the group, and they might let you in.
Yes he does. You can either look at my friends list and find him there, or you can click on Community (at the top of the page), Member List, then click on admin. That will show you the Mighty Kong's profile. He's a good fellow.
We help Kong out with whatever we can. He puts most of his time into making the site better, so we just help out in the operations area to ease up the work a little bit. He still does the biggest portion of RU stuff. He is definitely the one to thank for all the cool stuff on RU.
Nope. I and a few other people just help Kong out with what we can to keep the site running. Kong is the creator and admin (God if you will) of RU. He is the main man and a nice person too.

No problem. Reptile can be tough to beat because he has all the powers of Scorpion and Subzero combined, and he is a bit faster than either. Still, he can be beaten with practice.
Are you talking about the SNES version? If so, then no, I don't think there is a way to go through twice (let me know if you find one). What happened is, I fought and beat Reptile twice, and then got several double flawless victories on various opponents.
The big score boost in the home versions is Reptile (he almost never appears in arcade at all). If you Fatality him, you get 10,000,000 points. If you do it twice it would total 20,000,000 just for that. Then you can get about 900,000 - 1,000,000 points for every opponent you beat on a double flawless + fatality.
