I agree, I love Amon Amarth's melodic sounds.
All their albums from The Crusher on are awesome, and I couldn't decide which one I like best.
Don't get me wrong - Once Sent From the Golden Hall and The Avenger are good albums as well, but I prefer their other albums myself.

I went to see them with my daughter back in '97 and it was like being in the middle of a raging thunderstorm for a couple of hours.
You can sort of get the feel from the bonus disc on TOTTG , which is a DVD of their performance at Wacken, Germany.

looking back on my profile posts and i noticed you posted amon amarth who are amazing - i didnt even know who they were back then and realised you posted them on my profile...that my friend..is awesome!
