Cartoon Personalities

[Kugyince]

Here's a simple and fun game. First pick someone who frequents the forum and match their personality with a cartoon character. This can be a newer cartoon or a classic, just try to stay away from the anime so more people get the joke.

Include the name of the character, the cartoon it was on and include a picture if possible. That then makes it the turn of the person who was mentioned. Think of it as a game of tag.

When its your turn, you're allowed to use any of the forum users you want but just one. You can even use the same person twice or the person who just used you. Just try to not use the same cartoon character as their are literally tons of them out there.

I'll start it off. Use this as an example.

At first, I wanted to be insulted by this. However, upon checking Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_characters_from_My_Gym_Partner's_a_Monkey) 's entry for this character, it's actually kind of a compliment. :mariohead:

Well, since I think that Tenser simply came up with this game just to call me a silly monkey, I guess I'll turn the tides back on him. Not that I've ever thought this before, but upon reading the rules in his post, it became quite clear what cartoon character Tenser is quite similar to:

BRODYMAN reminds me of Captain Shanks from Sealab 2021.

Captain Bellerophon "Tornado" Shanks earned his position as Sealab's new captain by answering a help-wanted ad. A retired football coach and lovable redneck, he has all of Murphy's shortsighted idiocy combined with a Southern charm. Tornado's leadership qualities have led him to coach the crew in a football game against killer robots, declare Sealab a sovereign nation, warp the minds of Sealab's orphan population, and assert that a huge tumor on his head would go away through prayer alone, forcing the crew to shrink themselves and get injected into his body in order to save him. Late in the series, Shanks dropped his southern accent because "everyone thought I was gay."

You come across as one of the younger members of the site to me, in fact I can divide the whole site into 2 groups, young and old, without knowing anyone's actual age. There are a few people that straddle the line though, Seahawk, Joz, and tails come to mind as in-betweeners.

It's simple really, there are 2 distinct groups of people on R.U. the older crowd and the younger crowd. Both of these crowds tend to certain topics, not exclusively but generally.
Then there are people who go between the topics evenly, these are the in-betweeners.
I may be wrong in my perception, but it's the way I see it. There is nothing wrong with being in any of the categories so don't take offense.

My mind puts people into groups but only because of certain details. Like Tenser, steven and several others are the old EVG people. Tails, Oasis, Davidman, MJ are lumped together because they posted a lot back when the site was full of tumbleweeds, I got no name for them though. Everyone else is a new person until they make an impression on me. It sounds stupid when I say it out loud(or type it) but it is what it is.

Ghosts - Not around frequently, I often forget about them until they post again.
Children - Newer members, haven't made much of an impression.
Peers - Have made in impression on me and I almost feel like I know them, I'd likely trust them in reality.
Others - Been around a while, haven't made an impression on me, post somewhat frequently, but I just don't know about them at all.

I'm really not trying to grind. In the course of exploring the entire map as I get it I'm running into a lot of enemies. I do avoid some but a lot of areas are packed pretty tight and they respawn quick. I'm not far along because I haven't been playing it as much as I'd like and the enemies slow me down.

It's true eh? It almost seems like we are supposed to try and outrun them, and the amount that do get through should progress us.

Whoa, crazy thought: Yuli Hori, made this game playable for all ages, I f your a more experienced player, you dodge most enemies (because you can) and then the game has more challenge to it.
If your younger and less experienced at games, youll run into alot more enemies, and build levels a lot quicker, adjusting the game difficulty accordingly.

And then of course there is the post quest stuff, that's gonna be crazy and god help us all.
