I just hope it wasn't intentional. If it was then things will escalate before it gets better.
I doubt it was intentional, the area was an international fly
zone, there'd be no reason for them to suddenly shoot down a
random civilian plane now when there have been many over the past
few weeks.
Russia's likely going to cover up its involvement and mildly
condemn the rebels for their actions. Then things are back to
normal on the eastern front, Russian supply and all.
But, in the off chance this leads to nuclear war, civilization
had a good run at 7000 years. Time to annex Canada.

I don't think it's impossible for this to be intentional. If Russia could pin the blame squarely on the rebels it would make them lose a lot of sympathy and add some credibility to the idea of Russia taking over to protect everyone from them.

If they wanted to do that then they would have already, they've been supporting the Crimean revolt to try and annex that territory into Russia. The only reason the rebels are still there is because Russia is supporting them, otherwise the Ukraine government would have dispersed them easily when this started.
Another infected person is reported to arrive in the U.S. tomorrow. Last Tuesday, Obama signed an executive order to detain Americans who have so much as a cough or a sneeze.

I know a lot of you don't like Alex Jones but no one else seems to have reported on this.
{I wonder why that is, seems like pretty important news Americans would want to know ...}
Apparently they used to take people infected with such diseases to a ship for treatment.
You don't have to be a doctor to know this would prevent spread of the disease.
Why didn't they follow that procedure this time?

Furthermore, the first person brought to the U.S. was taken to a regular hospital instead of a high - security, underground facility typically used for dangerous infectious diseases and such.
Yeah, I have to admit that this latest ebola outbreak being in America in any way has me a little freaked out.
Also, what part of what you posted are you saying isn't being reported? I heard about the sick person in Atlanta on the news. To be fair, it was talk radio news.
Yeah, I have to admit that this latest ebola outbreak being in America in any way has me a little freaked out.
What has me concerned is how they brought the person onto this continent.
Again I must ask why, which brings us back to:

Yes I heard the lah - de - dah way they reported it:
'We've brought a hideous disease to the U.S. and Germany, no worries though.'
What I haven't heard reported elsewhere is how a week prior to them bringing it to North America, Obama signed papers augmenting existing protocol for containment of diseases, which includes the bit about them taking you away to a F.E.M.A. camp if you have a sniffle or cough.
Yes it makes sense for them to do so; clearly containing the disease to prevent its spreading should be top priority.
What bothers me is the timeline, think about it:
Obama signs new containment protocol, then a week later they bring ebola here.
Everywhere I went today I overheard conversations about how goddamn stupid this situation is, and I agree.
"My mind is my weapon. My brother has his sword, King Robert has his warhammer and I have my mind... and a mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone if it is to keep its edge. That’s why I read so much, Jon Snow."
That's terrible. Reminds me of stories here where drug runners surgically implant drug bags inside puppies for smuggling across the border.
Gruesome, but somehow not surprising; there's too much money involved in drug dealing and it seems there are no limits to what these people will do to smuggle them.
Legalization would take care of that overnight, but we all know this; look at what happened with alcohol during the prohibition in the 1930's.
ON the abused animals, this is fledgling psychotic behavior.
First they start by hurting animals, then they move on to people if they don't get help somehow.
While looking for something completely different I came across this meme:

Not to discount your emotional response to the stories of the abused animals, but this meme really makes a good point about how people generally feel about such things.
Reminds me of a MAD magazine cartoon where a man walks past a car crash where someone got hurt, past another person getting beaten up by thugs, but then he sees some guy boot his dog in the rear, and he LOSES IT!
Last Tuesday, Obama signed an executive order to detain Americans who have so much as a cough or a sneeze.

Not true. Once again Alex Jones is being intentionally dishonest to drum up ratings. Here's the exact wording-
Quote:
Severe acute respiratory syndromes, which are diseases that are associated with fever and signs and symptoms of pneumonia or other respiratory illness, are capable of being transmitted from person to person, and that either are causing, or have the potential to cause, a pandemic, or, upon infection, are highly likely to cause mortality or serious morbidity if not properly controlled. This subsection does not apply to influenza.
It clearly says that a common cold is not grounds for detaining anyone. You would have to show signs of a severe illness. It also says nothing about imprisoning people in FEMA camps, that's just Jones being a sensationalist again.
So Joe would you rather they respect peoples freedom to spread Ebola? Liberties have to be sacrificed to protect the population from something so dangerous. Some people will refuse treatment or refuse to believe there's even a problem. Don't believe me? There's a story out of Africa where an Ebola treatment center was raided and looted by people who don't believe it's real, or at least they don't believe it's as bad as they're being told. They "freed" loved ones who later died and spread the disease more. The bottom line is some people cannot be trusted to do the right thing. Our livelihood depends on containing these kind of outbreaks. If we don't we're doomed to another bubonic plague.
... clearly containing the disease to prevent its spreading should be top priority.
Yes we may be doomed to another plague as you said, and bringing infected people to uninfected areas might be one way it may occur.
About the coughs or sneezes, it makes sense from a safety and containment point of view to isolate people until they can be properly diagnosed.
For instance, if I were screening a crowd of potentially infected people and some were coughing or sneezing, I think it would be a good idea to check those people out just to be sure.
F.E.M.A. camps were built for something other than X - Files references.
For years they denied they even exist, which makes it all the more creepy in my opinion.
About the raid on the treatment center, if it's true then it's a tragedy.
Of course bringing infected people into uninfected areas is bad news, I don't think you'll get anyone here disagreeing with that. All I can think of to explain it is they want to treat our citizens in our state of the art facilities before we send them back out into the public. It's better than relying on some other country to take care of it, right?
Remember what I said a long time ago, about if you found a diamond in a garbage pile, and you took that diamond and washed it off, it will still be a diamond, sans garbage.
So it is with information.
Just because something is reported with a spin or perhaps filtered through speculation doesn't mean the original articles and documents being referred to are incorrect; the information they contain remains the same.
You want specifics? How about a couple posts up where I showed you how he was twisting the info(in other words lying) about that story? He does it all the time. Use him as a starting point if you want but do more research on your own. Never take him at his word unless you wanna get duped by his propaganda.
At least he offers up the idea that the story we are told may not necessary be the truth -this applies to either side of the coin, so take it as you will.
But that's all he does. Any official story is automatically false according to him. There's always some far reaching conspiracy that coincidentally lines up with his talking points or the book he's trying to sell. He's a professional troll and probably mentally ill.

So who isn't 'mentally ill' nowadays?
The way our so - called leaders have made things you'd have to be crazy to not go insane in one way or another.
Take you for example.
Who cares what you think of AJ for a second, will you, and just listen to what I said about the diamond/ information analogy?
As I said many times before, I am not personally fond of the man but the backpage, overshadowed stories that he brings to light seem to later play out like prophecy; this is because he's telling us what 'they' {the elites} have written they want to do to us next.
SC is right when he says:
Quote:
At least he offers up the idea that the story we are told may not necessary be the truth -this applies to either side of the coin, so take it as you will.
Mainstream media have been caught lying to us over and over again.
The lies they parrot over and over take us all to war, and in my books that makes everyone involved with the perpetuation of those lies also part of the crimes they are meant to whitewash/ cover.
Anyone questioning obvious holes in the way certain stories get reported are automatically labelled 'conspiracy theorist'.
I never said anyone should totally disregard what he talks about(or did I?). I'm just saying you have to be extra careful because he's a paid troll and possibly a paid propagandist.
I never said anyone should totally disregard what he talks about(or did I?).
Pretty close at times , but I get it; look how I mistrust mainstream media - if they say the sun will rise in the East tomorrow morning I'd be skeptical at this point, due to their history of parroting lies.
Quote:

Are you suggesting he's been secretly working for the New World Order/ Globalist scumbags all along?
If that turned out to be the case, I wouldn't want to be in his shoes.
I say if your first instinct should be to assume the mainstream media is doing nothing but hiding information from you. As far as the Ebola & F.E.M.A. camp detentions go, there's more evidence that we will all be imprisoned and killed from this disease, purposely. Years ago they ordered a ridiculous amount of coffins that were plastic and able to hold 'entire families' as well as being able to seal in biohazards. Uhm, not to mention the fact that they did refuse to admit they existed and as 'refugee' camps they are designed to keep you in. Also, I'm pretty damn sure that Alex Jones is only saying what he says because the rulers of the world want him to for some reason, whether or not he directly works for them. Never could stand the guy but he gets the info out there, although you should take it in objectively, as everything else any media covers. Definitely meant to bring this disease into the US and have it spread, I've been slacking but I was meaning to buy MREs and some gas masks for my loved ones. I'm not going to any damn fema camp and I'd go on record saying ill kill any who try to force me into one. But at that point being a martyr seems almost pleasant right? People can't be trusted to be smart, I agree with you on that one dudebro, but if you aren't seriously entertaining 'conspiracy' theories yet, then you are going to be in trouble
@RUjoe As far as the elites go, I think the people really running the show are deciding what theories are allowed to thrive and which ones aren't, and these people are probably stricken from all public records ever, and have power that goes beyond money. Just cause you have a billion dollars doesn't mean you aren't a small fry.
On a side note, why do all the worst incurable diseases come from Africa?? But that's a conspiracy for another time.
Apparently it's legal to walk around naked in Topeka Kansas. People saw this guy and called police but they found out it's not a crime. The lady quoted in the article said-
Quote:
The fact that kids could be outside playing, or in their classrooms, he walked past schools, past churches
And? It's not like he was masturbating or something that might be harmful. I understand we don't want grown men walking around schools naked but the majority opinion seems to be - the human body is shameful and should be hidden. No wonder people have so many hang ups about sexuality.
Quote:
It's really really disturbing and makes me wonder how many people are going to catch wind of this and think its okay to do that
She's not the brightest bulb in her trailer park(watch the video). It's not a matter of thinking it's ok, it is.
