STORY:
The demons and abominations of nature who reside in the underground kingdom of Cadash have not forgotten that, thousands of years previously, they once shared the light with humans. The Balrog promised his followers they could in time emerge from their subterranean prison and rule the world of men, taking revenge on humans for their prior defeat in battle and subsequent exile, if the Balrog could mingle his blood with that of a human king.

GAMEPLAY:
Cadash borrows many principles of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link's gameplay, combining side-scrolling platform action with an RPG system of statistics, levels, money and magic.

The player controls an abstract, mole-like creature that must make its way around a number of underground tunnels with ladders, avoiding enemies and collecting the items placed around the screen; before quickly making its way to the exit. The player is armed with a limited number of bombs that can be used to destroy or disable enemies.

The player must guide a ball through a number of mazes (similar to the bonus levels in Sonic the Hedgehog) , rotating the maze through 180 degrees to get the ball to move in the desired direction.

This game is like a crossover between "Arkanoid" and "Puzzle Bobble". You have a paddle and must shoot the ball trying to match with the same color balls on the descending balls. If you connect three or more balls vertically, horizontally, or diagonally that are the same color they will disappear.

STORY
Captain Commando is set in a crime-ridden future in the year 2026, where a superhero named Captain Commando, assisted by his three faithful Commando Companions rise up to protect the Earth and all the Galaxy from a gang of super-powered criminals.

GAMEPLAY
Captain Commando follows the same gameplay established in Capcom's previous beat-'em-up Final Fight. The player can select between any of the four "commandos" (Mack, Captain, Ginzu, or Baby-Head) as their character, with each player controlling a different character. The player's objective as usual is to move towards the end of each stage, defeat every adversary who gets in their way while avoiding any traps that they may throw at the player's way before eventually fighting the boss awaiting at the final area of each stage. The game consists of a total of nine stages.

The controls consists of an eight-way joystick for walking, crouching and climbing ladders, as well as two action buttons for attacking and jumping. The player is armed primarily with a sword, which he swings horizontally while standing and crouching, as well as vertically while climbing a ladder. The player can also move while crouching.

The player can gain a Magic Power by picking up flying fairies, which grants him the ability to shoot projectiles with his sword. The player can increase his Magic Power by up to six levels, allowing him to shoot greater and more powerful projectiles.

The goal of the game is to shoot at targets, while carefully avoiding running out of bullets. Three rows of targets scroll across the screen in alternating directions; these include rabbits, ducks, owls, and bonus items. If a duck target crosses the bottom row without being shot, it will come to life and begin flying down toward the player. Any ducks that reach the bottom of the screen in this manner will eat some of the player's bullets. Objects also periodically appear among the targets that will give the player extra bullets or points when hit. A spinning wheel with eight pipes sits above the rows of moving targets; these pipes and all targets must be shot in order to complete the round.
