Triple Punch High Scores
Description Triple Punch is a quirky, addictive maze game in the mould of Amidar or Pepper II, developed and published by KKI and released in 1982. The player controls a character - dressed not unlike a certain Italian plumber, but with noticeable hair loss - facing a range of persistent enemies, including uncannily familiar-looking fireballs and a large ape who seems to have got hold of a hammer. No doubt the game's obscurity saved KKI a visit from a certain company's lawyers. The 'triple punch' of the title refers to the protagonist's one offensive move - a single punch renders the enemies insensible for a moment - a triple punch gives them a trip in the ambulance.
