Point and Click Adventure game

I remember a point and click puzzle game, but I can't explain much about it. It was kind of recent (1990 I think) and it was for the PC. I also remember that it had a lot to do with old Egyptian tales. I remember there was one character who said he was a "Pulp" but I don't really know how to spell it.

No, you know what, I don't think I can remember enough about this game for anyone to guess it, so I won't bother anyone with it.

No, it is definitely not disc world. There was nothing funny about this game I remember, if anything it was slightly creepy.
