My custom controls keep resetting, and I think it's CCleaner

I think that my punched-in controls in the MAME system keep resetting due to CCleaner, my hardware-cleanup software. I've been able to keep CCleaner from cleaning out most of my favorite sites (Kongregate, Facebook, OMGPOP, Newgrounds, and Retro Uprising login information.) So what did I do to confirm that? Before cleaning out my computer, I set the "Coin Player 1" command and closed the window. After cleaning it out, I launched U.N. Squadron again and hit the "Coin Player 1" command and it continued to work. A major problem is solved.

Cool, that will come in handy
