The internet archive

Internet Archive: Wayback Machine

Anyone have much experience with this? I tried using it but I'm a total noob so I'm not sure if I'm just using it wrong or it's not able to find the info I want. Can this be used to search for facebook pages that changed in the last few months? The page was public at the time so that's not an issue.

I don't need much, just the front page would help a lot.

It isn't as good as it used to be. It takes them over a year to add most of their updates. So if you check back in a year or two you might find what you are looking for.

Try this. Archives of Dead Web Pages: Wayback, Cache, and More

Thanks for the link but I'm still having no luck, oh well. I should've taken a pic when I had the chance.

As a side note, it does have retro cartoons from the twenties to the forties

archive.org FTW !

Loads of amazing stuff there, even videogame things. It's literally on my top 5 coolest things on the internet. If you can get past the horrid searching system/layout you'll find some grade a things.

I've been a long time supporter, made the front page as curators choice a few times, and really think what they are doing is great.

RU should really host some stuff there. A podcast, magazine, or anything else.
