Following the instructions there should work. There was some outdated info there before today's changes. If you continue to have trouble post back and include which of the 8 options you want to use and what version of Windows you are using.

Recently MS changed IE so that if you open it without first telling Edge to "Open this page in IE next time" then it redirects to Edge. I suspect that is what is happening for you.
At top under the address bar does it say "You're in Internet Explorer mode?" or is the tab icon the old Internet Explorer e icon?
If yes, then the following instructions should fix the problem but they will also delete any local save files and config files. If you want to keep those, post back and tell me which system, game and play mode you are trying and I'll tell you how to fix it without losing saves and configs.
Press Windows + R to open a run prompt.
Type this into the run prompt:
%temp%\low\arcadeox
Press Enter.
In the folder that opens delete everything.
Close the folder and try playing a game.
