Yeah this is game of the year, I'm calling it. It's got elements of FPS but it's an RPG. The only reason it's considered FPS is because of the guns. If you were shooting magic then no one would mention FPS.
And it's not really Oblivion with guns. It runs off the same game engine but other than that it's different. If anything it's more like Morrowwind(the game before Oblivion), freedom of choices and actions.
Also it just feels different. It keeps the same awesome leveling system from Fallout1 and 2 but updates the graphics. I think it came out almost perfect. Honestly I hated the leveling system in Oblivion, it's a chore to get it right and by then you took all the fun out it.
