Are you talking about the NES or another version? I thought there was an end in the NES one. I may be wrong, though.
@ Kong: Are we talking about different versions of AVP? I'm talking about the Coin-Op one. As far as I can see, no one on RU has beaten it before. The High Score table says "All", but that gives you that message once you get to a certain level (not if you finish the game). This is the one I mean:
