Bi-weekly means every other week, not twice a week.

A good session usually runs 3-5 hours, usually leaning to the shorter end.

Also, a lot of that time tends to be used on shooting the crap while doing before and after work.

There's a lot to be done before anything gets started. We'll have to decide on a time and frequency, figure out which edition we'll be using and house rules if any. There's also usually a first session that involves nothing but character creation.

If there's enough demand and variances on time we may have to run twp separate sessions.
