Have you played Yakuza 3/4, Metal Gear Solid 4, Devil May Cry 4, Baroque or God of War 3? I've been told those are somewhat difficult. I am a generation behind in consoles and, I've found some quite difficult games on the PS2.

i have mastered all those games except yakuza 3/4 i aint played that , as these games are more difficult than most they are still no challenge in my eyes although i do agree the focus these days is all about multiplayer which is all fine but the fact that you need to play online just for the "right" experience is not good like first off you must have online access and with 360 you have to pay your membership to xbox live i miss the days when you played the games at home and always got the "right" or intended experience ill forever be a gamer of the oldies id give up crystal clear graffics enticing storylines and online multiplayer for the pure challenge of the old games anyday
