Ehhh....it's possible for sure, but you'd have to be *REALLY* good and have a good two or three hours of free time to pull it off. That's way too much time to reasonably spend.
It starts to get boring after phase 25 because the enemy patterns start to repeat. It replaces the level counter flags with the block that says "KO" but it doesn't give any congratulations screen, so looping the score is the only way to master it.
I'm good at this game but smashing the score counter is beyond me. If anyone does it my only reaction will be

And the high score on
Twin Galaxies is over 4,678,440 XD. I wonder how long that took. Rounding up my score to 400k in 40 minutes, that is over 7 hours. So technically its possible but that's more time than I want to spend playing. Also I don't know if the score will roll or if the game will add the millions digit, so it could be that the rollover point is 10 million or more. I'll pass.
My score would put me at number 8 for the arcade version, so that's not too bad in my book
