Ok so you're a kid with a young dragon and you can summon the dragon to attack. Other characters include a knight, a pirate, a mage/wizard, a healer and probably a thief and an archer.
As the characters level up they get to a point where they change job class automatically. The kid goes from squire to Hero, the pirate goes from pirate to captain, fighter to knight. Even the dragon levels up to a big dragon and can then fly the team anywhere you want so long as it's not past mountain tops. Later on in the game you get a big pyramid looking thing that doubles as a ship to take you past the mountain tops.
The fighting is your basic turn based but it's at a parrallel angle and the characters move towards the enemies to attack. You also have the team in rows, the back row is mainly for defensive healers and long range weapon users.
That's pretty much what I remember. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance.
Nope. I was playing that a few months ago but stopped because I was almost at the end, but had to change computer here at work. So there went my save points....I'll play it again later on. Great game too.
Well yeah don't get bent out of shape if it never happens but just give it some more time before you write it off. I swear this game sounds familiar to me and it's on the tip of my tongue. I could be wrong but I think I'll figure it out if I keep thinking of it.
@DB- thanks for the effort. I know I remember the game well, just can't seem to remember the title of it....[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7YPJCmSG6c&feature=related]YouTube - it`s frustrating[/ame]
Well, I wasn't sure how well he remembered his facts, and a big dragon appears it you walk out of the boundaries. The character classes are similar as well as the parallel to enemies thing. He mentioned a pyramid, and I thought that would be a shape that would be in Drakkhen where it is that psuedo 3d stuff. It was really just a shot in the dark guess though.
Yeah the game was crappy, it had no heart.
Also I'm really surprised nobody knows wht game this is, considering there are quite a few snes rpg hardcores around.
Joz are you 100 percent it was for snes?
I'm like 90 percent sure. The graphics I remember them to be way too good for the NES. I remember I borrowed it from a friend back in like middle school so the time range is accurate. If the system is wrong then it would have to be for the PS1.
