Of the choices above I'm going to have to pull a Monty Brewster and vote "None of the Above". The only ones I have enjoyed were Blades of Steel and Double Dribble but they do not warrant being remade.
Out of the choices, I woudl pick Rush 'n' Attack. Second to that would be Bayou Billy. That could actually make a nice new Sandbox style game set in the outback.
Rush'n Attack aka Green Beret did have a sequel called Missing in Action which actually had a level where after rescuing the POW's you have to protect them during your escape. It was a very frustrating level.
For my money though, Jackal aka Top Gunner needed a sequel. I loved that game.
I really loved their early athletics coin-ops like Track and Field. I remember when I was about five, I used to play Track and Field in the arcade on the pier when I was on holiday and feeding 10p coins into the machine. I could barely reach the buttons but I used to hammer away mercilessly as though my little life depended on it! I remember being so proud when I finally beat the javelin for the first time. I rushed off to tell my mum and forgot to play the next event.
