expand and conquer

in this game you pick the nation, group, or kingdom you want to play under, the nation is controlled by me and I will random select when battles will happen.

you control your own person in the group and can get more characters if you have enough money or buy control of npc characters.

you get 5 turns per hour to use for
gaining money
gaining xp
or help your nation get tech from the tech tree (civ only)

the game has a number of zones which must be taken over by group to win the game there is a total of 100 zones, each group gets one zone and must expand and conquer. in the free zones are barbians(civ) rebels(rotk), or ghouls and monsters(fallout)

the battles are done in rpg maker you just tell me what you will do for your turn(not the turns that are gained in the hours) in the battle.

this game plays like conquest and D&D, I was thinking of how to set up for a while now I just need people to vote and hopefully join.

you get 5 points to put anywhere and you take away from any but can't be less than 1 or more than 10
and then you got to tag 3 skills which will get a +15 points to that skill
this game plays like conquest for the most part with using turns to get money or xp and other stuff
the attacks can either be done with telling me what your character will do or automatic, weapons break after a while and you have limited ammo.

should we have the game here or somewhere else?
