Well its time for me to finally have the courage to talk about this movie. It was considered a enormous flop when it came out and was based on one of the most recognized games in the world. Some of you may have seen it back in 1993 or maybe on tv or video. I am of course talking about...

Ye Gods! What is that! (heh. Just kidding)

But seriously its not that bad many teenagers actually enjoyed this movie and it just brought me back to my years as a nieve child discovering this movie for the first time. I was only 6 years old when I saw this movie on the Disney Channel and I was a die-hard Mario fan. I had all the games (save the edutainment ones) some of the toys. My mom even made a Dr. Mario costume for me on Halloween (brother gamemasters birthday) she sew everything. And when I saw this I fell in love with it but now that I see it again I now realize that this has got to be the cheesiest movie ever. Heh, Luigi doesn't even have a moustache and the lines...genius. Quote from movie: Koopa "You know what I love about mud? Its clean and its dirty at the same time) hillarious. well if you saw the movie please reply but I can go on and on on this movie but its getting way to long so I'll leave it to you guys. "Get your tools Luigi, we're going in"-Mario

The movie was bad but not when you consider that the people in charge of making movies are borderline retarded anyways. We're lucky when we get a quality movie as it is, this kind of abomination doesn't shock me.

This movie rules!!! Or maybe it's just because I have a love for horrible, cheezy movies and am constantly raiding the 50 cent DVD bin for movies that look absolutely ridiculous.

Either way, it is quality entertainment.

The first ninja turtles movie really wasn't bad but the vanilla ice one was evil.

I love all of the cheesy 90's movies because I grew up in the 90's. Movies like Hocus-Pocus, Son-in-Law, Super Mario Bros, etc.

Note: all of the three movies listed above came out in 1993 by Disney in some sort of way. Hocus Pocus was released directly by Disney while Super Mario Bros. and Son-in-Law were released by Hollywood Pictures which is a division of Disney that released edgier movies for older people.

I'm sorry Dudebro, its just a movie. I didn't love it but I like cheesy movies and it was cheesy. Sorry, but In the Army Now was pretty entertaining so please don't give me a negative rep for what other people like. I don't go around giving people negative reps if they are obsessed with rap music but its what they like and people should respect other peoples opinions. Well, edgier was the only word I could think of for the time but then again I think I meant edgy for Disney standards I mean Hollywood Pictures never released a G rated movie like Disney, well at least I don't think they did. They did release the Sixth Sense though and for a Disney company to do an R-rated horror movie that has no happiness or songs every minute is pretty edgy to me.

The Sixth Sence was rated PG-13.

I like Pauly Shore also. It's so typical for people to hate on Pauly Shore, but if you like Adam Sandler or Jack Black, they are just Pauly Shore impersonators, I don't care what anyone says.

Oh yeah, sorry, it was PG-13. Oh yeah, and speaking of Pauly Shore, any of you see Encino Man, another great cheesy 90's movie. It may not be liked by everyone but it is a cult hit.

For the record...I disliked Pauly Shore when I was younger...now I can't get enough. He makes me piss my pants.

Secondly, lets get back on topic, this is a SMB Movie thread. I never saw the movie...is this the one you're talking about:

Dude, Pauly Shore movies DO suck...but they suck so bad, they're funny; the same applies to Pauly himself. Rember the Weaz? "Hey, buuuuuddy"...lmao

"Link and I were just crusin'the mountain I thought we could weize a little ju-uice"

Their were tons of great movies from the 90's but its the cheesy ones that I will always remember.

Well enough about Pauly Shore because we're getting off topic, so lets get back to the Super Mario Bros Movie, but if this post continues to get off of topic I might do a brand new cheesy movie post instead where anything cheesy goes so we'll see. Buuuuuudy!
