SSB Sequel

Does anyone think that making a Super Smash Bros. sequel would be bad for the series? The reason I ask is because a friend of mine said so and i strongly disagree with it.

I think making a fourth game would be awesome, I heard Cloud may be a new guest character.

Thank you. i don't even think it's possible to make a bad SSB, as long as you stick to the basics. And Cloud would immediately become my favorite character

I think it would be good to make a fourth SSB. Yes, I hate clones too. I espeasially thought that Dr. Mario and Pichu from Melee were the worst characters ever.

I think the series has been to played out, the first was great, the second was decent, and the newest one was merely passable. I'm tired of playing as Nintendo characters and knocking other Nintendo characters off the edge of the screen.

They should add the Alexandria Rovias from Eternal Darkness and Samurai Goroh from F-Zero.

They would be awesome additions to Super Smash Bros.

Yes, they should totally add side characters from less known games, to a game that has not even been announced.

While it would be pretty cool, I just don't think I could take another SSB game, unless they added Raiden, so I could punch his face in.

Not Peppy because I've grown tired of the Barrel Roll meme, it was funny when I saw a gif of a dog doing a barrel roll that had the words "Do a Barrel Roll" printed on the bottom of the image, but then it got old.

I think they will make a new game either way so there's no point in speculating. I just hope they do away with moronic clone characters and they avoid putting in characters that don't "fit in" like Snake or other humans. I hate gimmicky stuff like that.

Yes I did but I didn't mean all of them. I just mean humans who look too real, like snake. I think he's very out of place in the game considering how cartoony/animated the rest look. He's thrown in as a gimmick to sell more copies. That is lame.

Snake was a welcome addition, he actually thrown in because Hideo Kojima wanted Snake in.
He tried to get him into Melee, but the game was too far into development.

I think they should have them in the form of a desperation attack type of thing. You can only use it when you are on your last leg.

You're HP is at 500% damage, you then hit A,B and Up at the same time.

I dunno? I just think an attack like that should only trigger when you're close to losing. Tekken 6 has a rage system were you get stronger/faster(I think) when your HP is almost gone. This allows for comebacks and it makes matches more fun, imo.

I'll admit this "Revenge" system most games are adding wouldn't hurt Super Smash Bros.
But I still think the Smash Ball should stay.

They should add a radio to send in Star Fox members for a bombing run.
