I've got an MP3 file, it's relatively small, but I can't figure out how to convert it to a WAV. Tips?

Oh dear, this seems to be a video converter. I need an audio converter.

If it will still work, I can't figure out how.

Still doesn't seem to do anything. I've tried to insert the file everyway I can think of at the moment and it won't take it. It's like a pop machine not taking your foreign dollar.

upload it to a site, like youtube, then use the youtube link. Quick workaway of that.

Use Itunes. It's the easiest, quickest way to do things like this. And it has lots of options.

Open MP3.
Save as WAV.
