i'd like to avoid ties if possible. A tie can still happen, just in the finals here, it's more unlikely this way. Also, if we had like 10 people enter at once and they all got one vote. They should not all win, there will be many contests, don't worry :)

Site mods can alter most things on the site though we really haven't been taught how to do most of it because Kong usually takes care of it himself.

Cam has the same permissions as any normal user. Only Kong, site mods and game mods are allowed to alter anything about the site.
