I was trying to change the sound settings when I accidentally clicked a selection on a drop down menu. It caused the whole program to not be able to run, preventing me from changing back the setting. Is there a way to reset my settings? Do I need to find and reinstal Arcade OX? If so, what is the file name of Arcade OX?

Try this link. It will reset SNES for you. Customized settings will be reset to default. If you want to use team viewer before clicking this link then it will help me with studying the problem and preventing it from happening again.

I'm sorry, but that didn't seem to work. I think what I did was I changed the sound input/output by accident on that drop down menu. It had four choices, and the first was selected. But I accidentally switched it to the second option, which froze the whole program and made it close. I can't reopen it to change it back. Should I reinstal Arcade OX at this point, and if so, can you please tell me the file name?

Try this.
Open "My Computer".
In address bar type "%temp%\Low\ArcadeOX\Super-Nintendo\" without quotes and press Enter.
If it does not find the folder then type "%temp%\ArcadeOX\Super-Nintendo\" without quotes and press Enter.
Delete everything except the saves folder.
Go up one directory.
Delete the file super-nintendo.zip
Play the game again.
If that doesn't work or if you can't delete the files then reboot and repeat the whole process.

i am having this same problem, and i don't have address bar i can input (temp%\Low\ArcadeOX\Super-Nintendo) (minus the parentheses) into. i went into tools and tool bars and selected to show the address bar, but i still don't have a address bar i can input into
