Ever since I have joined RU, I have played all of the games I planned on playing someday. However, with thousands of game choices, I have no clue as to what to play now.

Does anyone have any recommendations for me? I'm open to pretty much any game type.

The Punch Out games and Metal Gear.

If you want you could browse peoples favorites list to see what they like. Click on Arcade stats on a persons profile and scroll down past their trophies.
Retro Uprising - Arcade - Your Rankings (http://retrouprising.com/game-menu/user/10220/)

It might help if you say what kind of stuff you don't like.

I'll play almost any game, I just need to know of some good games that I haven't played yet.

Oh, but try not to pick RPG's. I started like four of them but didn't get around to playing them yet.
And, try to not pick these games for the SNES. I own them, so I can play them on there.

Actraiser
Super Mario World 1 and 2
A Link to the Past.
Super Punch-out!!
Final Fantasy 2
Final Fantasy Mystic Quest
Gradius 3

Personally, I'd avoid the Noid.

I'd recommend:
Retro Uprising - Arcade - Strider (http://retrouprising.com/game-menu/game/6394/)

Such an awesome title.

Donkey Kong Countries.
I don't know why, but those games are hard to control for me on a keyboard. Maybe I just have to get used to it?

Anything on SNES is hard to control on a keyboard, especially if the game utilizes all of the buttons. You could always just change the key settings to be more comfortable for you.

Well I'll just list some that I like and you can check them if you want.

Airline business sim. It's better than it sounds trust me:lol:
Retro Uprising - Arcade - Aerobiz Supersonic (http://retrouprising.com/game-menu/game/100/)

I know you didn't want RPGs but this one is worth checking out. It's a ninja rpg set in feudal Japan, need I say more?
Retro Uprising - Arcade - Inindo Way Of The Ninja (http://retrouprising.com/game-menu/game/1815/)

Awesome game and you've probably heard us talking about it on several occasions. I think it's a lot fun and it has great replay.
Retro Uprising - Arcade - Pirates! Gold (http://retrouprising.com/game-menu/game/2988/)

The only way to describe this one is a god sim. It's very clunky at first but once you get the hang of things it's a lot of fun.
Retro Uprising - Arcade - Populous (http://retrouprising.com/game-menu/game/3067/)

A great dungeon crawler that a few of us are into. Worth checking out for sure.
Retro Uprising - Arcade - Taloons Great Adventure Mystery Dungeon (http://retrouprising.com/game-menu/game/7772/)

I tossed in a couple weird ones for you to try. I figured you might want a change. Let me know if you like any.
