Menacer for Genesis

Today I got a Menacer gun for my Genesis at a flea market. $5 with the Menacer 6-in-1 game cartridge. I never had one of these as a kid. Are there any other games that work with the Menacer besides the ones on this cartridge?

Also, for anyone that owns/owned a Menacer, how the hell do I turn it on? I put batteries in it, but I can't find the on/off switch that I imagine it has to have.

I think the trigger is an on off switch. There are only 2 other Genesis games for it. It retailed for a $100. Kind of a rip off.

Ah man, those Mad Dog McCree games looks awesome. Too bad I don't have a Sega CD.

The games on the 6 in 1 cartridge are pretty awful.

I love playing T2: The Arcade Game on genesis. I never played the genesis version before.
